THIS WILL BE A 2 PERSON PER CART EVENT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RIDE WITH ANOTHER PERSON, DO NOT SIGN UP. NOW IF YOU USE YOUR OWN CART, ENTER WITH THE OWN CART MARKED AND THEN LET ME KNOW THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OWN CART AND WANT TO RIDE SINGLE. I WILL ARRANGE IT THEN.
This is what you will see on upcoming events if we are able to go back to the way we have done our events in the previous years. Now that both Minnesota and North Dakota have changed their restrictions for crowds, we will try to get back to the twice a week golf events 144 on 18 Hole Course and 72 on 9 Hole Course. This will also depend on if the Golf Courses are willing to go back to our old system of events or if they would like us to continue with the Tee Times.
As long as I am sending out this information, I would like to mention the Scorecards being filled out correctly and complete. I have had to make some calls to ask what Tees the players played from. So whoever does the scorecard, please make sure you cross out the Handicap that you did not use. If you play from the Regular Tee Box, cross off the FT Handicap but if you play from the Forward Tee Box, cross off the Regular Handicap. It is quite simple process and it will certainly help me when recording the scores.
I also received this email from one of our members, so I thought I would share it with the association.
Just something noteworthy to you guys. Craig Colburn who golf's on our senior tour and a good friend of mine, got a hole in one on Saturday on hole #4, 170 yards at Bois De Sioux. This is his 2nd hole in one on this hole.
Also of note, this is his 6th hole in one in his golfing career. I find that quite impressive as I've yet to get my 1st one.
