Yes, finally Spring is here so the Golf Season is right around the corner, although from the forecast, we could see snow on the ground tomorrow. Reino put up the 1st few events on the Web Site, so please sign up. The first event is Village Green on April 18th starting at 10am but be there in plenty of time to give the Course Reps the chance to warm up some before we head out.
If there are any golfers in the RRVSMGA that are considering to not play this year, if you let us know before the 1st event on April 18th, we will refund your membership money. Please contact Dick Anderson if that is something you are wanting to do.
The schedule is also on our Web Site and is set for the Golf Season. There are a couple of Dates that Reino is still trying to confirm and will update the schedule as soon as he has confirmed them. Also, we are playing in the Ryder Cup Event at Wahpeton again against the South Central Senior Golf Tour. It is a great event, and you should give it some consideration. We lost the 1st year we played but redeemed ourselves last year convincingly. Also, remember we are planning another Madden Event this summer, which is an overnight trip with 2 rounds of golf, lots of food and great conversations.

Our 2022 golf event schedule and 2022 calendar of events are now uploaded to our web site. (The schedule is located under one of the tabs on the first page of our web site and the calendar is located under Members Options once you have logged in.
There could be one or two changes yet and we have some open dates in case bad weather comes into play.
The golf booklet and wallet schedule are not updated yet as we are going to do that when we are sure of the weather etc. (Maybe after the first week or so of our schedule)
Hopefully, we will see you guys on that green stuff soon.

Remember it is all lower case and no spaces. Once you have logged in, look on the right side of the window under Member Options, below that you can find out anything about our system, rules, who to contact and etc. When you go to logging into the signup books, you use your member number and your phone number separated by hyphens.
Also remember that if an event in the signup book is full, signup on the waiting list, as our members tend to signup, then look at their schedule, the weather a couple of days before the event is taken down and cancel if it will not work for them. When that happens the next person on the waiting list automatically moves over from the wait list to the active event list, then you will get an email and a text telling you it happened.
So, with all of that said, have fun on the Golf Tour and if your email address or phone number has changed or if you are not getting texts or emails from our system, let me know. Also remember that when we take down an event from the signup book area, you will get an email and a text reminding you that you are signed up for that event. If you get that info and you are not going to play at that event, you have screwed up, and you need to contact the course rep first, if you cannot reach the rep than you can call Reino but limit your calls to him as he is very busy. DO NOT CALL THE GOLF COURSE.
